Moderynly respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content published on moderynly.com infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure outlined below.
Reporting a Copyright Infringement
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send a written request to our designated agent at editorial.moderynly@gmail.com with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on moderynly.com where the allegedly infringing content appears.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will notify the contributor whose content is affected and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notice.
Counter-Notices
If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to editorial.moderynly@gmail.com. Counter-notices must comply with DMCA requirements, including a statement made under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
Moderynly maintains a policy of removing access for users or contributors who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
