  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will notify the contributor whose content is affected and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notice.

Counter-Notices

If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to editorial.moderynly@gmail.com. Counter-notices must comply with DMCA requirements, including a statement made under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

Moderynly maintains a policy of removing access for users or contributors who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
